Travel Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting the Policy Form and making payment to Exquisite Luxe Travels (or via authorized third-party payment links), you authorize that you fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
1. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Payments may be made via credit card or authorized third-party options provided by Exquisite Luxe Travels. Following each payment, an electronic receipt detailing your updated balance will be sent via email.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Exquisite Luxe Travels reserves the right to modify these policies when necessary; any modifications will be communicated in writing.
2. LATE FEES AND AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
Full payment must be received by midnight (EST) on the designated deadline date. Payments received after this deadline will incur a $100 Late Fee, which will be added directly to the remaining balance. NO EXCEPTIONS. A reservation is not considered Paid in Full until both the balance and late fee are settled. If payment or written payment arrangements are not finalized within [3] business days of the deadline, Exquisite Luxe Travels reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation without refund.
3. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Exquisite Luxe Travels.
* All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments cannot be applied to other group members or alternative trips.
* In the event of postponement or cancellation by third party vendors, Exquisite Luxe Travels is not responsible for expenses incurred beyond the original scheduled itinerary.
* Exquisite Luxe Travels reserves the right to cancel a reservation, if necessary, in which case a full refund of funds recovered from suppliers will be remitted to the canceled party.
* In the event of supplier overbooking, clients will be notified of equivalent hotel substitutions.
* Chargeback Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to dispute or file a credit card chargeback for non-refundable deposits or fees for canceled services.
4. VENDOR POLICIES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Exquisite Luxe Travels acts solely as an intermediary for third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, cruises, and tour operators). Each vendor maintains independent terms and cancellation policies. Prices listed reflect rates at the time of publication; however, prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier price adjustments, fuel surcharges, or tax updates prior to final payment. Exquisite Luxe Travels reserves the right to re-invoice participant(s) in the event of an arithmetic error.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Trip cancellation, medical, baggage, and interruption insurance are strongly recommended. Exquisite Luxe Travels is not a licensed insurance carrier and is not responsible for claim processing, approvals, or denials issued by third-party insurers. Travelers who opt out of purchasing insurance accept full financial responsibility for any unexpected cancellations or losses.
6. FLIGHTS AND AIRLINE POLICIES
Participants are subject to the ticket terms, tariffs, and baggage fees established by individual airlines. Airline tickets, once issued, constitute a direct contract between the passenger and the airline. Exquisite Luxe Travels is not responsible for flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or lost luggage.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
Exquisite Luxe Travels shall not be held liable for breach of contract, negligence, or intentional acts/omissions by third-party suppliers resulting in injury, loss, damage, or delay. Exquisite Luxe Travels is not liable for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, acts of God, public health emergencies, terrorist activities, social unrest, or conditions outside human control. Payment of deposit constitutes full consent to all terms outlined herein.
